The LK150 knitting machine is a great workhorse machine for beginners — or anyone looking to work through a yarn stash! It can knit yarn in a range of sizes including sport, DK and worsted weight yarns; though it works best with DK weight. You can produce different styles from a range of fiber blends. Interesting effects can be created with hand spun, fingering and bulky weight yarns— so you can knit garments and accessories for year-round use.

This is the highest quality plastic bed machine you will find. It’s quieter, lighter and more compact than metal bed machines. It’s very easy to learn, a good second machine after you’ve outgrown your hand cranked circular knitting machine. This machine works best with soft and pliable yarns— wool, wool blends and high-quality synthetic blends. Stockinette (jersey) is automatic and switching between two colors is easy and fast. Manual stitch options include lace, cables, ribbing, fairisle (by slip stitch – one yarn feeder only), intarsia, tuck (brioche), slip, weaving, plating, garter, moss and more.
