Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • Processing

Processing Days: Monday–Friday, excluding national US holidays.

All items will take 1-3 days to process. Ground shipping (1-5 days) is the default, please reach out if you’d like faster shipping.

Digital download files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

  • Payment

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Tracking

  • Returns

Returns & exchanges are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer’s defect.

Cancellations are accepted as long as the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
